Are they sold individually or in pairs?
Our silk pillowcases are sold individually. More than a bed linen, it is a beauty linen.
I want to make a gift but I don't know if the pillow is squared or rectangular?
In the standard square size of 65x65, a regular rectangular pillow will fit. If in doubt, we recommend choosing the square format.
In France, both formats coexist. But don't worry, if you want to switch later, Adèle from customer service will be happy to help you.
What is a momme?
The momme is a unit of measurement for the density of silk. It refers to the thickness or weight of the fabric, not its quality.
The quality of silk is measured by its grade, with 6A being the highest quality of thread, and the grade can go down from there, sometimes reaching as low as F.
What is the Oeko-tex certification?
The Oeko-Tex certification guarantees that the fabric is free from 100 substances that are recognized as toxic. It's a good indicator of quality and ensures that the material is safe for both the environment and the skin.
Where is the SILKBIOTIC silk pillowcase made?
The SILKBIOTIC silk is woven between Lyon and Grenoble, in France. It is then sent to the sewing workshop, located just a few kilometers away, still in Isère.
Afterward, the pillowcase is packaged in cardboard at La Buisse, near Grenoble, where our warehouses are located.

How long can I keep my pillowcase?
If you wash it on a delicate cycle, use a gentle detergent (without enzymes), and let it air dry, it will last for years.
