APPENDIX 2 - DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery area

The products on offer can only be delivered on the TERRITORY.

It is impossible to place an ORDER for any delivery address located outside the TERRITORY.

The products are shipped to the delivery address(es) indicated by the CUSTOMER during the ordering process.

Shipping time

The lead times for preparing an ORDER and then drawing up the invoice, before the dispatch of products in stock, are mentioned on the SITE. These times do not include weekends or public holidays.

An e-mail message will automatically be sent to the CUSTOMER when the products are dispatched, provided that the e-mail address given on the registration form is correct.

Delays and shipping fees

During the ordering process, SILKBIOTIC indicates to the customer the possible delays and shipping formulations for the purchased products.

The shipping costs are calculated depending on the shipping method and the delivery area.

The amount of these costs will be due by the CUSTOMER in addition to the price of the purchased products.

DELIVERY terms

The package will be given to the CUSTOMER on signature for a package of €150 or more.

In case of absence, a delivery notice will be left to the CUSTOMER for picking the package up in the post office.

DELIVERY issues

The CUSTOMER is informed of the delivery date, which is fixed when choosing the carrier, at the end of the online ordering process, before confirming the ORDER.

It is specified that deliveries will be completed under 8 days maximum. If not, the CUSTOMER shall give SILKBIOTIC formal notice to deliver within a reasonable period of time, and in the event of non-delivery within this period, the CUSTOMER may terminate the contract.

SILKBIOTIC shall, without undue delay after receipt of the cancellation letter, refund to the CUSTOMER the total amount paid for the Products, including taxes and delivery charges, by the same method of payment used by the CUSTOMER to purchase the Products.

SILKBIOTIC shall be liable until DELIVERY of the product to the CLIENT. The CLIENT is reminded that it has three (3) days to notify the carrier of any damage or partial loss observed upon delivery.
